…I don’t know how to answer.
I don’t actually think that the chef limits himself to offering/cooking specialties, however I like to guess which specialty surprises you.
So the question should be:
“What specialty do you think you can surprise me with?”

Welcome to my website! I am Davide Crazzolara and I am thrilled to welcome you here. I grew up and matured in the splendid setting of the Dolomites, precisely in San Cassiano in Val Badia.
I am an unshakable dreamer. I love sports and I have always tried to combine my passion for physical activity with my commitments to study, work and family. Nature is a fundamental part of my life and has pushed me to become a ski and snowboard instructor, a mountain bike guide, a hang glider and glider pilot.
Despite my career as a chef, undertaken after graduating from the Emma Hellensteiner Hotel Institute in Bressanone, I have never considered the idea of sacrificing my passion for sport, which deeply defines me.
My curiosity and desire to explore have led me to leave home several times, enriching me with precious experiences. I have lived in different regions, such as Veneto, Tuscany, Sardinia but also in Kenya and England, always bringing with me an immense wealth of knowledge and priceless memories.
Today, together with my wife Anita and our adorable girls, I cultivate my passion for cooking and the mountains. I speak Ladin, Italian, German, English and I like to put these skills to good use in my interactions with people from different cultures.
I have had the honor of participating in several television programs, including “Linea Bianca” on Rai1 in 2020, where I had the opportunity to talk about my approach to food and share personal recipes that reflect my culinary philosophy. I actively participate in local events, offering my experience for tourist demonstrations of healthy breakfasts and for the artisanal production of energy bars.
I also promote cooking courses for enthusiasts, children and company employees, with the aim of improving individual and team motivation.
I have given interviews for important newspapers and continue to publish content on various social channels such as Instagram, Facebook and on my website.
My main goal is to share my passion for sports, cooking and nature with you, providing practical advice, tasty recipes and inspiration for a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.
